Order & Installation
What is the order process?
Once you approve our quote and your openings are prepared, our in-house surveyor will arrange a site visit. After your survey drawings are approved, we’ll schedule your installation. Upon completion, you’ll receive a 10-year guarantee.
What are your lead times?
Lead times are approximately 6-8 weeks from sign-off. All installations are handled by our trusted in-house team—never subcontracted. If you require urgent installation, contact us to check for an earlier slot.
How does the installation process work?
