We were proud to be appointed by AB Canham and Sons to deliver the full glazing package for a major commercial development comprising three new-build office blocks in Sevenoaks, Kent. With a focus on energy efficiency, modern aesthetics, and long-term performance, this extensive project required a carefully considered mix of glazing systems, tailored to the architectural and functional needs of each building.
Our scope included the supply and installation of all windows and doors across the development. The glazing package featured a wide range of systems, including aluminium commercial entrance doors, standard aluminium windows, curtain walling, sliding doors, curved glazing, and heritage-style aluminium windows to reflect traditional design details where needed.
Each product was selected to provide durability, flexibility, and visual consistency throughout the three buildings. The heritage aluminium windows added a classic touch to areas requiring a more traditional finish, while the slimline sliding doors and curtain walling brought in expansive natural light and a modern edge.
To achieve outstanding energy performance, all glazing on this project is triple glazed. For the larger units, we used CUIN glass—a cutting-edge, ultra-insulating glass solution that delivers exceptional thermal efficiency while remaining lightweight and sleek in appearance. This choice reflects the project’s commitment to sustainability and long-term cost-effectiveness.
Every frame and component was finished in RAL 9005 Matt Black, delivering a bold, uniform look across the site that enhances the modern architecture and ensures a professional, high-end aesthetic.
With a project value exceeding £350,000, this installation represents one of our most comprehensive and technically demanding commercial contracts to date. The mix of glazing types and the inclusion of CUIN triple glazing throughout highlight our ability to deliver bespoke, performance-driven solutions at scale.
Our close coordination with the main contractor, AB Canham and Sons, ensured a smooth installation process across multiple buildings and phases. The result is a sleek, energy-efficient office development that meets modern building standards while maintaining strong visual appeal.
